Overview
Different projects involving shapes at the intersection of computational geometry and computational topology with applications, including roadmaps and GPS trajectory data as well as medical imaging (such as prostate cancer histology data). One current project is on developing different kinds of signatures (geometric, topological, algebraic) for embedded data.
