Overview
Two postdoctoral scholar positions available in the networks and systems optimization lab headed by Professor Satyajayant “Jay” Misra. The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid knowledge in machine learning and ML security, security and privacy in general, edge computing, and/or quantum computing. They will help with theory and system design in future networks, security, and/or quantum computing. Particular interests are in the areas of machine learning for network optimization, federated learning, adversary resistant machine learning, quantum algorithms and communication, and edge computing. The candidate will involved in interdisciplinary mentor a lab of 4-5 PhD, two MS and two undergraduate students.
