My research group at MSU works at the interface of machine learning, data science and computational neuroscience. We work on representation learning for high-dimensional and non-Euclidean data including tensor methods and multilayer community detection. We also work on the applications of these methods on understanding brain connectivity through analysis of neurophysiological data. The postdoc will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of graduate and undergraduate research assistants as well as our collaborators in Statistics, Math, Computer Science and Computational Math, Science and Engineering.
