The Habanero Extreme Scale Software research lab has opportunities for postdocs interested in research related to any subset of programming models, compilers, runtime systems, and debugging/verification systems for parallel/heterogeneous/distributed programs. While the focus of the postdoc research can be independent, we would expect it to tie into features of the Habanero execution model that provides a common foundation for much of the research in our lab. Our group includes multiple PhD students and research scientists, so there are many opportunities to collaborate, mentor, and be mentored. The results of our research can be found in our publications and our contributions to open source projects such as Chapel, Clang/LLVM/OpenMP, and OpenSHMEM. Our research is conducted in the context of a wide range of programming languages, including C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Rust;
