Our group is interested in 3D computer vision and machine learning. Specifically, we are interested in building 3D spatiotemporal algorithms for understanding human physical interactions in images and videos. Towards this goal, we are interested in creating (1) human-centric methods (e.g., human shape/pose estimation), (2) object-centric methods (e.g., category-level shape/pose estimation), and (3) interaction-centric methods (e.g., manipulation). We are also interested in applications of physical interaction understanding in robotics and mixed reality.
